User Guidelines

Hate. Storylace is an inclusive community. Be kind. Don't post hateful, hurtful comments. We won’t tolerate any posts or comments containing messages of violence or ill-will to anyone or group based on race, ethnic or national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability or disease.

Harassment. Don't engage in targeted abuse, bullying, or harassment. Don't engage in the unwanted sexualization or sexual harassment of others. We encourage you to report and block abusers.

Terrorism. Don't post content that promotes, encourages, or incites acts of terrorism. That includes content which supports or celebrates terrorist organizations, their leaders, or associated violent activities.

Mature Content. Don't post erotic artwork, sexually suggestive material or pornography.

Illegal Content or Uses. Don't post any content that promotes illegal activities and don't use Storylace to conduct any illegal activities.

Promotion of Self-Harm. Don't post content that promotes or glorifies self-harm.

Violence. Don't post illustrated or verbal violence. This includes, but is not limited to, gore, threats, mutilation, harassment, torture, bestiality, property damage, financial harm and bullying.

Copyright or Trademark Infringement. Respect copyrights and trademarks. Don't post copyrighted or trademarked content if you aren't allowed to use it either by license or by legal exceptions and limitations such as fair use.

Non-Genuine Social Gesture Schemes. Don't participate in schemes to drive up non-genuine Follows, Likes, Reposts, etc. Don't orchestrate or engage in "follow trains" or other similar non-genuine schemes to gain more followers.

Malicious, Deceptive or Fraudulent Links. Don't post any deceptive or fraudulent links, and don't post any links to sites containing illegal content, pornography, spam, malware, spyware, viruses or any other malicious or destructive sites intended to harm any user, person or equipment.

Private Information. Don't post any private, personal or confidential information. This includes, but is not limited to, credit card or bank account numbers, phone numbers, personal addresses, social security numbers, and driver’s licenses.

Username/URL Abuse or Squatting. Don't squat, hoard, amass, accumulate, buy, trade or sell Usernames/URLs.

Mass Registration or Automation. Don't register accounts or post content automatically, systematically, or programmatically.

Spam. Don't spam people. Don't make spammy posts or comments, and don't use deceptive means to generate revenue or traffic. Ad content is not allowed.

Impersonation. Don't do things that may cause confusion between you and another person, organization, or company, including but not limited to, registering a username pretending to be an author, celebrity or an elected official.
